Being an athlete is tougher today than ever before. The pressure we feel stems from a variety of sources; whether it be from increasing academic loads, demands from our coaches and teammates, comparison traps we find ourselves in while scrolling through social media, or our own internal dialogues.
Our Team Talk workshops equip young sportswomen with the tools needed to set goals, manage stress, navigate change, and become empowered leaders.
Each evidence-based workshop is reviewed by sports psychologists, dietitians, and leadership experts, then delivered to your team by former DI athletes who can relate to the challenges your squad is facing now. We guide conversations, share stories, and answer all of your teams’ questions about navigating the physical and emotional highs and lows of life in sports.

Our workshops are led by recently graduated college student-athletes. We were in your teams’ shoes, not too long ago, and connect with your athletes as friends who “get it”.
ENGAGING
We like to keep the mood light! We run polls and play games that encourage your athletes to have open conversations, explore solutions, and ask tough questions.
